The word of God teaches us that we have a duty to greet & welcome each other, be hospitable toward others, and fellowship with each other. The motivation for the hospitality ministry
comes from the following scriptures:
 

• “But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.” (1 John 1:7)
• “Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.” (Hebrews 13:2)
